He current serves as Senior Consultant on IT, Business and Strategy for Organizations in Nigeria and Caribbean nations. He previously worked at UBA Plc, MTN Nigeria, Access Bank, Airtel Nigeria. He equally bagged M.Sc Computer Science University of Nigeria Nsukka, B.Sc Computer Science from Ogun State University and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from University of Calabar in addition to several Professional certifications. Mr. Salako will bring to the Board of directors his over 20 years’ experience in Project Management, Vendor Management, Customer/Client Management, Strategies, Process Engineering and Technology initiatives. Married and blessed with three boys.

Tunde Adeniyi Rufai attended Olabisi Onabanjo University (formerly Ogun State University) Ago-Iwoye where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws; he immediately proceeded to Nigerian Law School (Lagos campus) and got called to the Nigerian Bar as Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He worked with A.G Homes Savings & Loans Plc and presently the Principal Partner at B. A. Rufai & Co. Ifeoma bagged her Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance from the prestigious Imo State University Owerri, Imo State. She later obtained her Master in Business Administration (MBA) and a fellow of Chartered Institute of Management (CIMAN). She works with Ijewere & Co. as a Tax Consultant, married and blessed with kids.

Deft in streamlining Hotel/Restaurant Operations while serving as a catalyst for growth & expansion, quickly restoring forward momentum & generating revenue.
His strong background in Food and Beverages Operations, Operations, Public Relations, Business Development, General Administration, Quality & HACCP Standards and managing food budgets with an eye on cost and stock control.
He has excelled in managing multifunctional domains including-business promotion, client relations management, housekeeping, engineering, front office operations, food & beverages and training delivery.
